This sauce can be made in different variations, depending what herbs you have, and other ingredients. Have fun with it!
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon Mustard
3 Sun dried tomatoes, chopped up
1 tsp. Honey
1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley
1/4 tsp. Ancho Pepper Powder or Paprika
Stir all the ingredients together in a little bowl.
