In a medium pan, add chopped onions, diced heirloom tomato, and a few slices of jalapeño o. Choose as much jalapeño as works for you. Some are spicier than others, so taste test than add what you think you can handle. I used 4 slices because mine was spicy.
Sauté on low to medium heat for a few minutes. Add the chopped chard. Cover, and steam for 2-3 minutes.
Open the lid and add a good squeeze of lemon juice. Set aside.
In the same pan, warm up some walnut until brown, Turn off the heat, and sprinkle paprika.
Add cooked quinoa to a serving bowl. Place the steamed chard on top. Add the walnuts, along with freshly chopped peppers, tomatoes, and onions.
